The services for the maintenance of the cemetery areas, as well as the burial activities, are put out to tender every four years. We have prepared the necessary documents for the city and brought them up to date. The maintenance and occupancy plan shows these two aspects: On the one hand, the areas that require different care are marked with different colours. On the other hand, the plan shows which graves are currently occupied, which will be occupied in the future and which are dormant. The plan and the occupancy of the graves are simultaneously compared with the GIS. The design aspects were recorded in a "concept of use and recommendations for object-specific handling".
