On the two construction sites in the center of Effretikon, commercial space on the first floor, office space and residential areas are planned in addition to a major retailer.
Along Rikonerstrasse, a row of trees, a front zone along the first floor uses and two squares are planned in relation to the market square. Hinterbühlstrasse on the station side will be designed as a meeting zone with green islands. There are roof gardens on the second floor of both buildings, which are recognizable as a continuous area from the upper floors. The shared roof area offers a circular path, an ecologically valuable green space as well as play and recreational facilities. Each studio apartment has its own private outdoor area with access to the common center.

Building plots E1 and E2 are part of the master plan "Zentrumentwicklung Bahnhof West" and were the subject of a two-phase study contract.
