High-quality housing with single- and multiple-family dwellings has been created on the site of a former paper factory. The analysis put visual connections to the lake and links between public and private space in the foreground. We have created a homogenous, filigree carpet with a generous planting of perennials and grasses. Safeguarding the private sphere for residents was the primary goal in doing so, but nevertheless without allowing the site to break apart into individual areas. For the public, we created a new access to the lake and a compact green area behind the sport harbor. The private areas are discreetly demarcated from the open public spaces by a planting of willows and a small height offset.
